What Makes A Great Party Bar

Who doesn't love cocktail drinks? Everybody loves it. But we don't like are all the extra calories sugared ingredients add to mixed drinks. Some of the delightful choices for the party are Mojito, Margarita, Sour Apple Martini or Whiskey Sours, but can do damage to our regime. Good Spirits CocktailsMixers are sugar free, so we are guilt free. So if you use mixers in your drinks, choose ones that are sugar free.

Blenders are great kitchen appliances for making cool ice ball mold perfect ice spheres  at birthday parties, BBQ's, home movie nights, etc. Blenders are quick to make dips and salsas too.

Choose for example a diabetes-friendly side salad or a double order of vegetable, instead of fries. Do not settle for what comes with your meal or sandwich with the eyes closed. Try a flavored vinegar or a squeeze of lemon juice on your salad, or use fat-free or low-fat salad dressing rather than the regular variety. Instead of shredded cheese and sour cream, ask for salsa with your burrito. On sandwiches, substitute mustard, ketchup, fat-free mayonnaise or a slice of tomato for the house dressings or creamy sauces.

BH: Yes, this rumor is true, and I guess it will always be true. However, it goes both ways. It is not only the personal trainer fault; the client is also the predator. I have been in this situation before, never acted on it but the client was quite persistent to engage in a physical activity that is definitely rated XXX. I make sure to let them know that the PT/Client relationship is more important to me than anything, that I do not want to jeopardize that in any way.

With the steep price of cocktail drinks in a fancy bar, you can have a cocktail at home instead and mix it whenever you want. You don't have to go to a bar for the best pink cocktail recipies. If you have a party at home and you're going with a color theme, you can use cocktail recipies that produce nice pink hues as your party refreshments. Even if you're all alone and all you want is a nice little pick me up, you can get it from a glass of pink cocktail. You might have heard of the breast cancer awareness drive and if you have an event like this, pink can be your signature color.

Ask for an entertainment budget from your parents. They may be willing to do it if they know it will help you find healthy activities that will keep you from drinking or doing drugs. You can make this part of a deal where you get a certain amount for the next semester for each A or B grade you receive in a college class. This helps your parents encourage good study habits that work together with your college entertainment and enjoyment.

Best of all, keep it simple and relax. A little planning goes a long way in making party planning seem effortless. Your party should really be about spending good times with friends and family.
